Regex in a trigger

Hello all,

I want to try something a little different, and I’d like to get the experiences of others on the topic…

I’d like to have a matching regexp in the local filter on a trigger, which would help choose the service to execute based on the message receive. This is desirable because we trigger directly on receipt of XML files and not documents.

Does anyone have any experience with this, or any “gotchas”, reasons to avoid, etc.? Any help or comments would be appreciated.
