regarding end to end testing of inbound 856 service

Hi,

While doing end to end testing for inbound 856 by creating TPAs in Mywebmethods and started triggering from FTP location by manually run the Filedownload service in the Main service in designer…File successfully picked up from FTP but process is not triggered and system neither generating process instance nor throwing any error.

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Not sure how your file processes are integrated in the MWS/TN side but when you say file picked up does the 856 Envelope/Group/TS showed up in B2B Integration–>Transactions page?

Can you please check it further and the IS/TN logs also part of troubleshooting?

I have checked the transaction tab but I am getting error saying sender ID unknown. I have checked properly in sample input file also. Any suggestion

OK can you please check the error in the Activity Log page and verify your Sender TP configuration? Most likely it is the issue with ID or Qualifier and failed to recognize.

It got solved I have changed my ID, Qualifier and finally I have removed space in partner profile and it worked finally its generating process instance.
