Problems installing webMethods IS, the log directory and other directories do not exs

Hi

I am installing a new instance of a webMethods IS.
I cannot find the logs directory and some other directories like db, DocumentStore, XAStore, WmRepository4 …
I have just installed several other integration servers on this same UNIX box, all with no issues.
I am using the exactly same script and images, as from previous IS’s just installed.
There is still plenty of space left on disk and I have root priviledges to install software.

I just cannot see the issue.

Please help.

They get created when you start the IS for the first time.
