After the installation of EntireX 7.2.1 it asks that I reboot. When I do I see start Windows XP Professional then just a empty blue screen. No desktop no error, no nothing.
Did anyone ever see this? Is it a compatability problem with other non Software AG software?
How would you suggest that I debug?
check your startup Run registry entries for other / conflicting entries:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Look for an “ARG*Inst.log” to see if any errors are noted there. If nothing obvioius pops up, open a Service Request with Software AG support.
