Problem with tracing in Enterprise Integrator

For some reason we are not able to trace using the Collect Debug output option in EI.

What am I missing here ??


Did you check the collect debug output check box on the bottom of the TraceLog page? I am new to EI and this is what I missed the first time.

Did you save after having set the things you wish to trace?

If that’s not the case… does the adapter have a little red dot on it? If so, you’re EI session is not communicating… you’ll have to exit the session and restart it.

We have that problem and the only way we have found to get around it is starting a new EI session.
