Problem with mappingURGENT

i am done with convertToValues and i have got EDIValues in my pipeline. now i have to map these values to our internal document called as BDM, which is in Enterprise Integrator under Document Types.
my question is how do i get this into developer and may to the EDIVAlues in pipeline.
any quick help will be appreciated.
