PGP decryption failing in MFT

Hi,
We are having issues decrypting PGP encrypted file via MFT. We have generated PGP key-pair on RHEL using gpg and shared the PGP public key with our customer. The PGP works if files are encrypted and decrypted using MFT.
Customer is using Kleopatra tool to encrypt the files. We however are facing issues to decrypt the files if files are encrypted using Kleopatra.

We are receiving the below error:
Action failed : Decrypt action Decrypt failed. Error Exception creating cipher : Illegal key size : Illegal key size

We would like to understand if MFT can PGP decrypt the files if files are encrypted using tools like Kleopatra.

Following is our webMethods configuration:
OS : RHEL
webMethods : IS version 9.12.0.0

Java Vendor : Oracle Corporation

webMethods ActiveTransfer Module 9.8
WmMFT Package version : 9.8.0.0.190
Patch History : WmMFT_9.8.0_Fix16

An earliest response is much appreciated…

Thanks in advance…
