Hi ,
I am trying to create a simple KPI which calculates averageSalary of employeesbased on the Region.I created a Process and logged the salary and Region field and uploaded the process. Then I ran 2-3 instances of that process and craeted an Event map for that and defined Dimensions,facts and Hierarchies etc… Then I created a KPI and deployed the EventMap created for that process successfully.
Then I added the process and KPI under Administrator->Business->BusinessOverview link. after that I fired around 15 instances of that process and i could see all the instances under Monitoring->Business->PocessInstances.
But i could not my any KPI inside Monitoring->Business->BuisnessOverview.
I could see only systen generated KPIs not the one defined by me i.e. ‘AvgSalaryByRegion’…
can anyone please help me…?
Did i miss anything…?

I can’t find any error in your steps. Just to check, in your EventMap can you see any unassociated? I had a similar problem and appears an unassociated, then I associated that event and created the KPI inside this, then works.

Yes, I could saw unassociated and associated it with Event map and created KPI inside that…but still not able to see under MWS->Monitoring screen

If you not forgot deploy the event is very strange. This is the kind of problem make us crazy. Let me think (I’m tired now) If something smart appear in my mind I’ll tell you. Anyway, take it easy, in this forum we have too many people to can help.

Please, chek if in your dimension you have defined the same field that you want to messure and that field is inside the publishable document of your process.

That field must be defined in your Designer too check in “Properties>Logged Fields”

I never seen this error before… looks like a database problem but I´m sorry, I can´t help. Maybe trying recreating the ProcessAudit database with the Database Configurator Manager but this will erase el process in your MWS.

I am also facing some issue related to BAM_DIM_ANALYTI_V1. But I do not have this table in db at all nor script, can anybody send me the script to generate this table?
