We had deployed a portlet , skin and shell files to MWS server.and are trying to acess that using a defined user access , but we are not able to access that page . rather it come up with some generic error as HTTP 500.Rather this happens with any user we create on that MWS (we are not able to log in using that … only sysAdmin works fine)
This is occuring for a particular MWS server.
Same thing works fine when we make the same configuration on another server.
For both the server SysAdmin login works fine but a new user login for the first one does not work well.
