Not able to establish the connection Process Development Optimize server JMS Provider Universal Messaging

Hii All,
I am not able to establish the Optimize serverJMS-provider Universal messaging connection .
Its showing
Error :Connection Failed: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException: JMS Provider admin objects initialization error!

all other things are working You can see in Image attached below.

Solution I have found but it is not optimal : I have to shutdown every thing from IS to UM To MWS and then Start all the Components again.

Please give me some optimal solution which I can try .

Hi,

first of all you need to complete the environment definition (configuration) in MWS and deploy this to the Optimize engines.
After that restart the Optimize engines so they can create the messaging artifacts in UM.
When this is completed you can restart IS and Designer to connect to the optimize engines.
