Natural V413 under Z/OS V1.7

Will SAG support Natural V413 under Z/OS 1.7?

Will any patch levels applied to Natural V413 take V413 to V414 or is this a major upgrade?

We are currently installing Z/OS 1.7 but are running Natural V413 but would like to avoid a Natural upgrade as this will delay our Z/OS upgrade quite considerably.
