Has anybody heard whether the Natural Studio in Natural might be replaced with Eclipse IDE in a future release?
I use several other SAG products - EntireX Communicator and Crossvision Orchestrator and the SAG proprietary IDEs in these products have been replaced with Eclipse.
We currently have Natural for Windows and SPoD. NFE (Natural for Eclipse) was never evaluated as an alternative development tool. I would be interested in receiving feedback from anybody that has evaluated both Natural/SPoD and NFE.
We use .NET for Windows development, so SPoD seems a little overkill for strictly mainframe development as compared to NFE.
