Hi,

looks like a severe general issue with your MWS installation.
You can try to check the _full_.log for the instance and/or the profiles/MWS_instance/logs/ logfiles to find out what went wrong.

If you can find nothing which can be corrected easily I would advise uninstalling the MWS completely, reset the database schema for the MWS, recreate the schema and reinstall the MWS.

BTW: Which version of wM is this related to?
