My webMethods server

Hi
I installed software ag 10.11 version
After login to My webMethods server
User name: Administrator
Password: manage
I’m able to login to my webMethods server page
if I want to create partner profiles I’m getting the below error.

could anyone please resolve this issue?

I can see many database connection refused message in the log.
“[SoftwareAG][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]Connection refused”

Can you please confirm if your Integration server is up and running with the correct database pool config.

Also attach the MWS logs folder.

you will have to provide more details.

Please also check if you have configured the JDBC-Pools (esp. for TN and MWS/CentralUsers) in IS Admin under Settings → JDBC Pools correctly.
Is the SAML-Resolver-URL configured to point to the MWS?
Check the ACLs in IS Admin related to TN, if they contain the system roles for TN Administrators.
