MWS Errors in IS Logs during startup !

Hi there folks ,
I keep seeing the following error in my integration server logs:

2010-12-28 14:23:13 PST [CommonLib.MWS.0001C] Error creating database connection to: jdbc:wm:oracle://server.company.com:1521;SID=W123

(see below for more error messages)

My MWS DB’s account did get locked up once and i got it working,but the IS still shows this during startup and its not just this IS , but in other ISs too.
When the IS comes up and I test the CentralUsers JDBC Pool and it works fine !!! (Central Users JDBC Pool which is really the MWS DB).
So what I dont understand is why am I seeing this error during startup.And the MWS is working fine too !

The IS and MWS are 7.1.2 running on Solaris 10.
Not sure why this is happening.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Oh forgot:
I see this on all ISs thatconnect to this very MWS.
do you think its something to do with a configuration on MWS?

Is your IS and MWS running on different hosts? please cross check the common library/jar files in common directory on both hosts… if u applied any fix on IS which affect common libraries… make sure u updated the same jar on MWS as well…

yeah they are all on different hosts.
i made sure all jars under common/lib are the same.
This was working fine till someone messed around with the password and locked up the accounts.
Now all IS’s show this error in their logs…
Any other ideas?
