Manager connectivity Problem

Hi When I try to reach to any of the pages in the Manager Admin Page I get the following error " Database connection issue. Please verify Manager JDBC Pool is configured and database connectivity is established. ". I have configured the JDBC pools in the IS. Kindly throw some light on the same in case some one has faced a similar problem.

Did you configure the Manager JDBC pool on the IS instance in which your manager server is running ?

Did you test your pool after you have configured? Was the test successful? Did you configure ur pool while manager installation or later. In case it is later have you restarted the server after the changes are done? Please let us know the detailed error
