Logs/Binary API asks for User in UI

Hi everyone,

a customer reported this odd behaviour and I could replicate it on another tenant. When logged in to the Platform, I’m able to create log file requests for a device and see the content in the UI directly.
However, if I try to download them, I’m being asked for a user.

Is this expected behaviour or something buggy with the authentication?

Hey,
I could also reproduce it on 10.16.0.214 (BE/FE) and have seen the File Download works without an authentication-prompt for e.g. Configuration File Downloads or by downloading the File from “Events” Tab => I would suggest to create a ticket.

Thanks for the confirmation and the workaround. They will raise this as an issue via their support.
