What product/components do you use and which version/fix level are you on?

I want to create Logfile request operation using the UI. I have added c8y_LogfileRequest in the supported operation and see the Logs tab but the “Request Log” button in the Request Log File dropdown is disabled. I suspect it could be because of empty “Type of Log” dropdown field but i don’t see any value in the dropdown to select.
Do you get any error messages? Please provide a full error message screenshot and log file.
Have you installed all the latest fixes for the products and systems you are using?
