Create Request Log File "c8y_LogfileRequest" Operation using UI

What are you trying to achieve? Please describe it in detail.

I want to create Logfile request operation using the UI. I have added c8y_LogfileRequest in the supported operation and see the Logs tab but the “Request Log” button in the Request Log File dropdown is disabled. I suspect it could be because of empty “Type of Log” dropdown field but i don’t see any value in the dropdown to select.

Do you get any error messages? Please provide a full error message screenshot and log file.

Have you installed all the latest fixes for the products and systems you are using?

This thread can be closed. The issue was missing c8y_SupportedLogs fragment in the device. Once it was defined as stated in the Device management library - Cumulocity IoT Guides , the issue got resolved
