Latest ApplinX hot fix is not seen on Empower

Product/components used and version/fix level:

ApplinX 10.11.1068

Detailed explanation of the problem:

ApplinX 10.11.1068 was installed from the recently downloaded image but the most recent single fix is 1033.
Thus, one cannot update earlier ApplinX on the fix level 908 to 1068 level making the code transfer to former impossible.

Cannot fix the fix 1068 or higher in the Empower Single Fixes for All Operating systems
