Do you get any error messages? Please provide a full error message screenshot and log file.
No explaining messages in gxlog.txt in all modes, and in catalina.log(out)
Have you installed all the latest fixes for the products and systems you are using?

Notes: running ApplinX server as root is uninterrupted. We want to run it uninterrupted as sag as this is advised in the documentation.
