java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: com/softwareag/mft/data/server/PropertyUtils

After installing ActiveTransfer with command central 10.7 I get the following error in the server.log (after the startupservice of WmMFT package):
wm.mft.admin:startup
Startup service exited with the following error: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: com/softwareag/mft/data/server/PropertyUtils

Also see this error in server.log:

[13155]2021-05-25 17:54:24 CEST [ISS.0055.0003E] (tid=86) Initialization of Java Service wm.mft.portal.user:getSuiteVersion failed due to error: com.wm.app.b2b.server.ServiceSetupException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/softwareag/mft/exception/MFTServiceException

Any idea?

\profiles\IS_default\configuration\org.eclipse.equinox.simpleconfigurator\bundles.info

Not sure what is leading to this issue, could you please In addition to the above,
provide below details

Installation Logs from the Environment avaialbe at
<installation_directory>\install\logs
Logs from IntegrationServer profiles directory
