Issue with "wm.prt.dispatch:handleTransition"

Hi,

In service usage of IS admin page, we could see a service "
wm.prt.dispatch:handleTransition (35). Though there are very less no.of RNIF transactions running on IS, the above service instances are not coming dowm to 0. From last three days I could see the same no.

Why this service got struck? When I verify for the dependencies of this service, it showed all triggeres defined in the model packages.

Is it stopping any incoming RNIF requests to IS?

Please assist.
