IS Metering - metering.agent.properties update for parameter metering.report.period not working

Detailed explanation of the problem:

Hi All,

We have IS Metering in an IS 10.15. We have updated the metering.report.period parameter to 2400 in metering.agent.properties but still it is running after 1 hour only as per previous config of 3600 and not every 40 minutes as per new update

For the Property Update to reflect is IS Restart or any other Action needs to be performed?

Path → D:\InstallationDirectory\common\metering\conf

File Name → metering.agent.properties

You can raise a ticket and ask support to clarify it for you. I am not sure if anybody other then support, knows metering that well, to help you.

Thanks for your response. From a fellow wM User we received information that IS restart is required for the entries to take effect for metering.

We have performed restart and can confirm that post IS Restart the Reporting Period is as per new time added in the Metering properties
