IS Installation failure

I’m simply clicking on the evaluation software to install it. I’m getting the message “preparing java virtual machine” inside of the install shield window. However, after about 5 seconds, the window goes away and nothing happens!

I was able to successfully install the developer product. Any insight?

I am attempting to install the evaluation IS product (IntegrationServer4.6_SP1_en_US), and cannot seem to get the installer to run.

What could possibly the the problem? The size of the application is 51,709,831 bytes.
