Invalid handle, <INOXME8562>

I’m wondering what, specifically, the following message is trying to tell me?

Invalid handle, :

<ino:response xmlns:ino="http://namespaces.softwareag.com/tamino/response2" xmlns:xql="http://metalab.unc.edu/xql/">
    <ino:message ino:returnvalue="8562">
      <ino:messagetext ino:code="INOXME8562">
        Invalid handle
      </ino:messagetext>
      <ino:messageline>
        Line 6, Column 9: old schema:  tsd:doctype : variable , new schema:  tsd:doctype : variable
      </ino:messageline>
    </ino:message>
  </ino:response>

I have made a simple change to my schema – added an optional (0:1) “Element complex” – but I get the above error when I attempt to Define/Validate with Instance Check. There is nothing in my existing data documents that would make this invalid.

I am using Tamino Schema Editor 4.1.4.3

I would be grateful for any suggestions.

Thanks,
Sandy

Hello Sandy,
Would you please report this problem to your Software AG Support Centre. They will be able to help you.
Many thanks.

OK, will do. Thanks.

Yes - this is an internal error which is probably fixed in Tamino 4.2

Cheers
