My 19,5 server won’t start after fix install !

What are you trying to achieve? Please describe it in detail.

I was installing Integration Server Core 10.5 Fix 19, on my 10.5 server, and after the install the server won’t start

Do you get any error messages? Please provide a full error message screenshot and log file.

The message in server.log is this :
Error occurred while initializing server: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: org.apache.logging.log4j.spi.LoggerContextFactory.isClassLoaderDependent()Z at org.apache.logging.slf4j.Log4jLoggerFactory.getContext(Log4jLoggerFactory.java:49

Have you installed all the latest fixes for the products and systems you are using?

Hi Marko,

please check if you have applied latest Third Party Fixes (TPP/TPS) on your IS.
There was an issue with the log4j jars which resulted in an updated version of the third party fixes.

Thanks, i will check in the update manager, are the all components regarding logging installed with the latest fix
