do you have administrator permissions on the system? CentraSite has a specific location for the DB files. Perhaps try it again with the “Advanced” options and see if all specified locations are accessible and writeable for you.

After installation, I am getting the same error as above. Basically the Centrasite installation does NOT go through. Only HUB is installed successfully.
My account has administrative privileges.
Under HUB I can see a broken link to Centrasite, where I get “(ARG2014) Agent was not found”.

I talked to the installation team which needs the following information in order to hunt down the problem:
we will need the INM*.log files from %TEMP% and all txt files from %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\CentraSite\CentraSite. The txt files should be copied when the error message is displayed from the installation.
Could you please zip them together and post them?
