Inconsistent Security Installation

I get error number 00200379 API: Inconsistent Security Installation when im trying to logon (with BrokerCall sample) after I install the EntireX with security feature.
The documentation says that i must ensure security settings are consistent between the client and the broker kernel.
How can I set the client security settings ?

If you have installed the EntireX client with security, then you need to ensure that your Broker is configured to use security. If you have configured your Broker to use security, then you need to ensure that the client platform has EntireX Security installed - for Windows, this is an option during the install and you can re-install to enable this.

If this isn’t clear, please describe your environments - where is your Broker, what platform is your client and where is security installed now.
