HTTP Status 403 - Access to the requested resource has been denied

I have installed webMethods 7.1, configured Tomcat and jsp.
when i invoke the index.jsp page I am getting “HTTP Status 403 - Access to the requested resource has been denied”.

As per my web.xml The authenticate is successful from the console.
If i get the Error : “HTTP Status 403 - Access to the requested resource has been denied” I want to redirect the page to some other page…

Does anyone have any ideas? :confused:
