How we can add or override CSS in customization of theme for API Portal. Can we use CSS selectors?

Hi,
I am using trial version of Web Methods 10.15 and trying to customize the theme but i am not able to override CSS class or use selectors e.g hover etc in extended css rules for the components.
Any help would be appreciable.

to which component is your question related?
IS Admin UI?
MWS?

MWS is using skins which are selected via skin rules depending on the membership of the users role assignment.
You can clone a skin and edit the classes in the MWS Portal Admin UI (login as sysadmin role).

Thankyou for your response. I am asking regarding the Admin UI for Developer API portal. I want a customized theme for our API Portal.
I have attached a screen shot as well here I have changed the header navigation colors but need to change the effects for hover on list items using CSS.
