How to send Flat file to FTP

can anybody tell me what services I need to invoke to send the flat file to FTP.

Name of the built in services guide: “Integration Server Built-In Services Reference.pdf”

All the FTP services browse in the Client folder in the pdf – pub.client.ftp folder (WmPublic IS package) and other general services also.
