How to enable Primary Port

Is there any way to enable the primary port. I was using the bydefault primary port as 5555. & This is the only port by which I can access the Integration server.

In the Server Administrator (open your web browser and go to URL: http://<wm_servername>:5555)

Go to Security–>Ports to configure your port setup.
