You can take the information from the PLOG and extract records with selection criteria with ADASEL or PLEU to a dataset. Then, you can take the dataset as input to a program and go back and update the original records by ISN or some primary key / unique record identifier.
I assume this is what you mean by the question… if you can take PLOG data and go and update the records from which they came from. You cannot UPDATE the actual PLOG nor should you ever consider doing such a thing to your PLOG copy. This is your protection data and thou shalt never ever destroy your protection data.
