How to be identified as a customer for CE forum?

The new C/E process requires that I be identified as a Software AG customer before I can access the CE forum.

How do I get my customer status (number?) associated with my forum access?

The access to the CE forums is restricted to members of certain groups. We have added you to the respective group and you should be able to join the forums now.
