How can I see the "Privil. Groups" for a user in N

In Natural Security,

I select the “modify user” function. The list of Privil. Groups is blank, but there are 7 groups to which this user belongs. I know the user belongs to Privil. Groups, I am the user.

The screen says “No. groups 7”.

The manual says that under “additional options” there are:

Maintenance Information
Security Notes
Owners
Mailboxes
Activation Dates
Functional Security
Groups/Members
Group Editor
Private Library
Session Options

Under Groups/Members it says: If you mark this field, a list of all groups to which the user belongs will be displayed.

However, when I select additional options, I get:

±--------ADDITIONAL OPTIONS----------+

_ + Maintenance Information
_ + Security Notes
_ Owners
_ Mailboxes
_ Activation Dates
_ Functional Security
_ Group Editor
_ Private Library
_ + Session Options

±------------------------------------+

Notice the Groups/Members option is not there.

So, How do I see the groups the user belongs to?

Thank you

My memory is a bit hazy here, but I think you have to be on the Display User screen when you request Additional Options to get group memberships.

The Privilege Groups list is not the same as the list of groups to which a user belongs. Normally, Natural Security processes group memberships alphabetically, looking for authorization for the current request (for example, logon to a library). Privilege groups allow the Administrator to specify a different search sequence.

Thank you Ralph, you are correct! I needed to display, not modify.

Actually, I did only want to know what groups the user belongs to.
