“How am I doing?” tab is not working in both FireFox and

Hello everyone.

I am studying webMethods BAM for new project.

When use firefox, I can’t see the Process Diagram at “How am I doing?” TAB of Process Analytics menu. I can just see “Waiting for data”. [ref attach : q2-1.gif]
But I can see the Process Diagram at “What can I improve?” TAB.

When use IE, I can see the Process Diagram but I met “Member not found” error. [ref attach : q2-2.gif]

I can’t find the reason.

Which version of firefox?

It works for me on
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.13) Gecko/2009073022 Firefox/3.0.13

For some installation I have to click on What can I improve tab, then go back to How am I doing tab. Though I think this is a local proxy issue.

Thor I.

Thank you for your answer.

I am using “Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; ko; rv:1.9.1.2) Gecko/20090729 Firefox/3.5.2 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)” and “IE 8.0.6001.18813 Cipher Strength: 2560bit Update Versions:0”.
And I am using “Windows Vista Home Basic Service Pack 2” by OS.

I try to your suggestion but didn’t still see Process Diagram.

Toven.

Hi, everyone!!!

I could fixed it.
The solution was simple.
I was downgrade from IE8.0 to IE 7.0.
“How am I doing?” tab is working well on IE 7.0.

About IE 7.0

  • Version : 7.0.6002.18005
  • Update Version : 0

But this isn’t the basic solution method.
Still I can’t view Process Diagram on FireFox, IE8.0
