getting run time exception while processing the EDI 867 X12

Hi to every one
i am new to the webMethods Could u plz help me that i am getting run time exception on the sample EDI 867 X12 (4010) doc when the control reaches at ST Segment and same case at PTD Segment for this partner doc.
I worked for other parners sample docs but i was fine.Is there any errors in this EDI doc.if yes plz send me the errors in the doc

the exception i am getting is com.wm.app.b2b.client.NSRuntimeException at ST segment.

At what step it is failing in covertToValues parsing?? Is your EDIFFSchema and edidata delimiters(record,element,subelement) are same?? Can you tell about your flow steps??

If possible can you upload your full edi file so that we can take a look?
