Hi,

How to create a ticket (Incident) in Remedy using Remedy Adapter? I want to know the form which is used to create a incident in Remedy.

you will have to ask this your Remedey Development Team as they might be using a customized form.

may I ask your wM version?

Hopefully you are running Remedy Adapter 7.1 with Fix3 applied and using the recommended libs according to webMethods Adapter Suppor and Requirements Guide.
