Well, I don’t want to annoy you, but this case contacting Software AG support is the best thing you can do, as it looks like something with your license file has gone awry.
I had also encountered the same problem as you. I’m wondering how do you resolve this problem. I keep uninstalling and installing and the problem still exist, which I don’t know why.
