Error - outbound 997 - using VAN - wM 7.1.2

Hi All,

I get the following error when I setup a new partner in TN for out bound 997 via VAN. This is change request so other team members say the VAN setup is good. Though I am not sure.

VAN is not expected to have private key. Yes this setup works good in PD for other partners and there is no TPA setup.

Any idea what may be wrong over here? WM 7.1.2

Are you using certificates for communicating to your VAN?

Do you have the TN certs configured (send/receiver profiles) both ends that you are connecting via AS2?

Certs are there but the issue as customized code made it mandatory to use “User Defined 1” as the External Partner qualifier always. Once I set this it worked well.
