Error Installing API Portal

I’m getting this error while installing API Portal in a Unix box:

APP_ERROR> API Portal: ERROR during: Configuring PostgreSQL ... ( - Error while writing the following ACC commands: configure postgres_s postgres_s zookeeper.connect.string="localhost:18068" postgresql.port="18067"  plugin.apptypes="db", "postgresql-ecp"
. Exit status 98)

Anyone know what Exit Code 98 means? I can’t anything over the net.

What is ther user account do you use for installing API Portal?

API Portal “must” not be installed as a root user account.
