Error en Process Page - *PAGE-EVENT empty

Hi expert,

I have a page with great demand that works properly its function is like a HTML trigger, when the client processes for a long time, this routine fails strangely because there is no error, the *PAGE-EVENT returns empty and exits the program. I’ve tried to place logs but it doesn’t bring relevant information to solve the problem.

is this still an open issue or was this behavior caused by the ActiveX?
If this is still an open issue, I recommend to open a support request for this.
