Empty Bizdoc problem

On receiving an EDI document ,I am mapping the bizdoc/Content to the file content and I am getting an empty file.That means I am getting an empty BizDoc.

Try to do a bizdocToRecord on the bizdoc or bytesToString on the bizdoc/content to see if you are getting any data.

Check in the pipeline whether the bizdoc/content is showing null or has bytes in it??What is your process flow and trying to do?? Are you trying to extract EDI or XML document from TN??
