I have installed Manager Server & Manager Console(Satellite+Controller) on different machines. I have added the objects to be managed in Manager Server. Now how can I establish the communication b/w Manager Server & Manager Console. What kind of configuration should I do at Manager Console end?
Is it possible to have Manager Server version as 6.0.1 and Manager Console version as 6.1.5.
Can any of u pls clarify me on this?

Yes Ravindran it is possible to have Manager Server version as 6.0.1 and Manager Console version as 6.1.5.
To set up the communication between Manager Server & Manager Console, you have to configure the OMI DCAs. The configuration files for this can be found in “OPTIMIZE_HOME\controller\conf\local\local\agent\webMethods\omi”.
The information to be added to these files is clearly given in the BAMAdmin Guide. I hope this helps you.
