Discussion forums cannot be reached

When I try to go to the Discussion Forums I get the Error Message:

Could not query categories list. SELECT c.cat_id, c.cat_title, c.cat_order, d.cat_desc FROM php_techcategories c, php_techcategories_desc d WHERE c.cat_id = d.cat_id ORDER BY c.cat_order

Do not know if it is just me, or everyone
