What are you trying to achieve? Please describe it in detail.
Is there a document elaborating on when a Device agent needs to be registered and when it will just ‘register itself” (registers itself – meaning we don’t need to register it manually)?
Do you get any error messages? Please provide a full error message screenshot and log file.
Have you installed all the latest fixes for the products and systems you are using?
This depends on the device and implemented agent. The platform itself does not have any limitation and allow all kind of device provisioning processes.
So what you’re looking for is the device specific documentation.
