If an online application is developed for a Java phone or PDA, cu wants to access it via GPRS. Suppose the server side application has been deployed to a J2EE app server and the client has been loaded to the mobile devices, how is it connected together via Telco ? How do we talk to Telco what we need ?
Similar question for Alert application. How does the Notification Server interact with Telco with the Mobile phone ?
