Could not able to view the KPI details using webMethods 8

Hi All,

i created PO create Process, and i cretaed respective Dimensions, and assigned to Event Map, then i created PO create KPI. and deployed it.

and i configured this KPI to my business process

in the Monitor window for my business process i can able to see the KPI button. But when i click on that button it is not showing the KPI details.

could you please help me to see the KPI details in Monitor.

Did you configure the KPI in designer and upload it? There seems to be a step broken in the process which does not add the monitor table database entry. I’m having the same problem.

I created my KPIs in MWS directly and they work. I still have not been able to get a dimension working as I don’t seem to be able to hook it up to my data! (Haven’t figured that out yet).
