Could not able to update webMethods cloud Settings

Hello Experts,

I’ve registered in webMethods integration Cloud. And I was trying to update the username, password and webMethods Cloud URL under IS Admin Page → webMethods Cloud → Settings.

But I’m getting the following error.

“The following error occurred while saving account settings : com.wm.app.b2b.server.ServiceException: iaik.security.ssl.SSLException: Server certificate rejected by ChainVerifier. See the error log for the full stack trace.”

Here I’m trying to add an on-premise account and an associated application to be upload into my webMethods Integration cloud URL.

Can anyone please suggest me how to approach in a right way ?

For me this URL format worked and make sure you mention https:// also

https://xxxx.webmethodscloud.com

Can you try again may be some site issues?

HTH,
RMG

Hello Experts,

The account settings updated successfully after changing the protocol to http. Before that I used https connection. So that I was getting SSL exception.

Thanks,
-Sai Pradeep.

Hello rmg,

Actually, my wM Integration cloud account url is “https://*****.webmethodscloud.com”.

But I’m wondering that the account settings were updated successfully when I changed the protocol to “http”. Is it the right way ?? Will this work out properly ?

Down the line I’m trying to integrate SAP systems with Salesforce in Integration cloud.

Thanks,
-Sai Pradeep

The error:
Server certificate rejected by ChainVerifier.
means that your server doesn’t trust the system’s cert chain that you are connecting to.
Get the cert chain (you can use browser to do it), and install the root and intermediate cert into your server’s trust store, so you can use https.

Hi Sai Pradeep,

Can you please let us know the version of your onPremise Integration Server?
If your Integration Server version is 9.7, then you should apply the latest WmCloud fix.

Thanks,
Pradeep.

Hello Tang Wang,

Thank you very much for your valuable info. I extracted the certificates of the webMethods Integration cloud. But I was unable to configure certificates because I’m getting an error like “Could not import certificate: [SoftwareAG][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]ORA-00942: table or view does not exist”. May be oracle scripts were not executed successfully. I will check out the solution and try installing them. But I could able to upload applications on to my cloud account using with http url also.

Please take a look at the attached screen shot.

Thanks,
-Sai Pradeep

Hello Pradeep Wadikar,

I’m using Integration Server 9.7. And I didn’t apply any fixes to the WmCloud. My current wMCloud verion is 9.7.0.0.361.

Currently, I’m facing a problem with enabling the On-Premise account. But, it’s not enabling even though my realm server is in up state as according to the below error. It’s throwing an error when I tried to enable onpremise account like “com.softwareag.is.integrationlive.IntegrationLiveSessionCreateException:com.pcbsys.nirvana.client.nSecurityException: User=miracle not authorised on Realm Server nSessionAttributes:conns=3/[nhps://chf-wmcprod-um001-ext.webmethodscloud.com:443/, nhps://chf-wmcprod-um002-ext.webmethodscloud.com:443/, nhps://chf-wmcprod-um003-ext.webmethodscloud.com:443/]. Error: class com.pcbsys.nirvana.client.nSessionNotConnectedException - The session is not currently connected to the server. Unable to perform the request:Session with the Realm has been disconnected”

suggest me what to do to enable the On_Premise account in IS->webMethods Cloud->Accounts.

Hi Sai Pradeep,

Can you please apply the latest WmCloud fix, and then try out this scenario?

Thanks,
Pradeep.

Hi Pradeep Wadikar,

Your help greatly appreciated.

Would you mind If you can attach the wMCloud fix as a reply to this message. So, that I can install it on my machine and give a try once.

Thanks,
-Sai Pradeep.

Hi Sai Pradeep,

Sorry but it is not possible to attach the fix here, you can install this fix using Software AG Update Manager.
You can install the latest fix from empower itself.

Please see the attached Software AG Update Manager screenshot, or you can find more info on how to use Software AG Update Manager on Software AG documentation.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,
Pradeep.

Hello Pradeep,

Thanks alot for the support. As you said, I installed the latest SAG WmCloud fix. This time webMethods Cloud-> Settings with https url updated successfully.

Coming to webMethods Cloud->Accounts the element was added like “Allowed On-Premise Hosts”. After applying the latest fix.

But I was failing to enable the webMethods Cloud->Accounts. Though my Realm server was in up state as the error message shows. I’m getting the following error.

Please take a look at the error screen shot. Please help me out I was struck at this point.

Hi Sai Pradeep,

Please see the screenshots of the applied fixes and the onPremise account creation.
I have just installed the 9.7 Integration Server, applied latest fixes and was successful in creating a account.

Can you please check the onPremise account creation screenshot, and let me know if you are doing exactly the same?

Thanks,
Pradeep.

Hello Pradeep,

You can take a look at the fixes that I applied.

Thanks,
-Sai Pradeep.

I tried enabling the on premise account. But this time I’m getting the following error.

com.softwareag.is.integrationlive.IntegrationLiveException: com.pcbsys.nirvana.client.nSecurityException: SECURITY: No privilege for attempted operation:1583002654@gandi.sai18@gmail.com@64.208.169.154 Operation : Pop

Thanks,
-Sai Pradeep

Hello Pradeep Wadikar,

I tried the same in new webMethods 9.8 release. I didn’t encounter any issues with it. The Integration between SAP and SFDC in Integration Cloud is successful.

I faced the problems till now is only because of the latest fix that was not properly installed on my machine.

Thanks a lot for all your support and being on my side from the beginning. Also I thank everyone who helped me on this thread.

Thanks,
-Sai Pradeep.

Hi Sai Pradeep,

Potentially this could be because of latest fix not applied properly.

what is the status now? is it working?

Thanks,
Siddu

Hello Siddu,

Yes, you are right. But, webMethods 9.8 release coming up with latest fixes applied to it. So, you need not required to apply any fixes for Integration Cloud development on wM9.8. It is very smooth process and it is working fine now.

Thanks,

  • Sai.

Thanks Sai…for sharing more info here with wM9.8 Cloud.
