Hi Soumya,

from the server.log provided I can see that you do not have the WmTomcat package enabled.

Can you try to use the physical address instead of localhost?

Holger

Hi Holger,

Thanks for the response!

Could you please tell what physical address should I enter.

Soumya

Could you please tell the location of the eclipse log.

error1.png

Hi Soumya,

can you try administrator with lowercase?

Regarding the IP:
I meant the real IP of the PC (you can find it in command window by typing “ipconfig -a”).

Regards,
Holger

Hi Soumya,

It is weird that you are able to access Admin page but not designer.

Can you please double check if you are passing correct password or not.

Also attach designer log here which can be found under C:/SoftwareAg/Desinger/eclipse

Hi ,
The server got somehow connected now. But I feel once I disconnectd ,I will face the same situation.

If you are sure that you are passing the correct credentials to connect to designer, then the issue might be with network or proxy, check the network connections on SAG designer if you face the issue again.

Hi,

The Designer is telling you it did reach the server but the user/pwd was not correct.

On the web admin, in Logs->Server you should see an authentication error now.

To be sure, just delete the User and Password content from the form and write it again.

Sometimes it is just an error with a space or a caps.

Best Regards,
